Marketing Intern

Description:
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll gain practical experience in digital marketing, outreach, and campaign development. This role is ideal for students who want to sharpen skills in social media management, content creation, and communication while supporting our mission to make social science education more accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Execute social media marketing and instructor outreach strategies

• Develop and manage email campaigns

• Conduct market and lead research

• Manage CRM and digital tools (Zoho, Canva, Excel, etc.)

• Create graphics and promotional materials

• Engage on LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, X, and YouTube

• Collaborate with the team to set and track goals

Commitment:

• 3-month placement

• ~10 hrs/week with flexible scheduling

• Weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions and team meetings

Content Intern (Social Science Research & Writing)

Description:
As a Content Intern, you’ll contribute to the creation and publication of sociology and criminal justice course materials, blogs, and educational resources. This role is designed for students passionate about research, writing, and advancing social science education.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and present course content research

• Write 1–3 sociology blogs to build your writing portfolio

• Cross-reference theoretical concepts and key figures to develop course materials

• Create stylized resources and educational materials for college classrooms

• Edit and refine content to ensure engagement and clarity for students

• Collaborate on the design and development of a new social science podcast

Commitment:

• 9-month placement preferred

• 10 hrs/week with flexible scheduling

• Weekly 30-minute supervision and bi-weekly team meetings
